C. Jakarta to Monitor Public Services in 12 Urban Villages

Central Jakarta City Government is about to monitor and evaluate the public services in 12 urban villages.

Urban village heads and their ranks will also be assesed

Central Jakarta Assistant of City Governmental, Denny Ramdany, said the monitoring and evaluation will be used to assess urban village heads and their ranks related to public services.

"Urban village heads and their ranks will also be assessed through our monitoring and evaluation," said Denny, Wednesday (4/30).

He explained that the team will conduct a visit to Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kartini, Rawasari, Galur, Paseban, Karang Anyar, Harapan Mulya, Bungur, Gelora, Kebon Kacang, Bendungan Hilir and Duri Pulo Urban Village.

"It will start on May 20 to August 5," he explained.

According to him, the team will conduct observation at PTSP, Dukcapil and supporting documentation study of public services. The indicators are based on Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 5/2023 about independent monitoring and evaluation of the performance of public service.

"Service policies, human resource professionalism, infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and reference facilities and innovations carried out by 12 urban village heads and their ranks are the indicators that will be monitored and evaluated," he stated.
